Functional cookies

These are cookies that ensure that the Sapph website functions properly. For example, we use cookies for: your choice of country, the contents of your shopping cart, offering the possibility to save login details. This way you do not have to repeatedly enter the same information in our webshop. Sapph uses load balancing cookies. Load balancing is a technique that makes it possible to divide the work over several servers, so that the site remains accessible and performs well. The retention period of these cookies is 1 year.

Analytics cookies

Google Analytics cookies with which we can measure the use of the website for, among other things, the registration of repeat visits, which parts of the webshop are most visited and how a user navigates through the site. Sapph has set up Google Analytics in a privacy-friendly manner, which means that Sapph has concluded a processing agreement with Google on the basis of which Google may only use the information for the aforementioned analysis purposes for Sapph. Google will have to remove the last 4 digits of your IP address, obliging Google to use the data independently of its other services. If you nevertheless object to this use of Google, you can disable the Google Analytics cookies by  installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout ). These cookies are stored for a maximum of 2 years.

Tracking and retargeting cookies

These cookies enable websites to register your visit in order to estimate your interests. It can be checked whether you have clicked on an advertisement and third parties can show you advertisements based on your surfing behaviour. The retention period of these cookies is a maximum of 60 days.

Affiliate cookies

Cookies to keep track of which advertisement leads to the purchase of a certain product, so that the person who has shown this advertisement (the affiliate) can receive a reward from the advertiser. The retention period of these cookies is 30 days.
