The steps
We aim to make the ordering process as easy as possible for you! The process consists of the following steps, which we describe in more detail below:

1. Add your favourite items to your shopping bag

Use the 'in shopping bag' button to add products to your order. Then select the right size and colour.

Do you want more than one of the same item? Then adjust the quantity.

Would you like to add more after selecting your first choice? Use the 'back' button and return to the assortment. Your shopping bag will remain filled.

Finished shopping? Time to click on the shopping bag at the top right of the screen and go to the online checkout.

2. Check your items in the shopping bag and order

This is the part where you can see which products you have placed in your shopping bag. Here you can make changes such as adjustments to quantity, colour and size.

Do you have a discount code? Then enter it in the checkout.

Is your order correct? Then click 'place order' and you will be taken to the order page for the next step.

3. Fill in your details or use a Sapph account

You can choose to enter your data here, but you can also log in if you already have a Sapph account or create a Sapph account right away. We will explain how to fill in the data as well as the advantages of a Sapph account:

At Sapph, you decide where we deliver and who receives the bill. We offer you the following options:

1. Delivery to billing address

If you click on this option, the invoice and order will be delivered to the same address. You will then see the invoice and delivery address appear at the bottom for verification.

2. Deliver to a different address than the billing address

If you click this option, you have the option of having your order delivered to an address other than the billing address. Ideal for gifts! For the blank delivery address, enter the details of the lucky recipient.

Login to your SAPPH account or create a SAPPH account

Do you already have a Sapph account? Then log in with your e-mail address and password. If you enter your sizes, these will be saved automatically and will appear when viewing items in the webshop. Handy!

If you have lost or forgotten your password, click on the link 'forgot password'. You will then automatically receive an e-mail with a new password.

Don't have a Sapph account yet? Then click on the "create account" button at the top of the screen. You can enter your personal details, home address and login details and then proceed to the next step. An account will be created and activated automatically.

4. Choose your payment method and make the transaction

At Sapph you pay online safely and easily. You will receive a clear invoice with every order with detailed information about the order and the invoice amount.

 You can pay via iDeal or Credit Card:

iDeal

Payment via iDeal is a widely used, secure online payment method. You can use iDeal if you have access to online banking with one of the following Dutch banks: ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Friesland Bank, ING, Rabobank, RegioBank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank or Van Lanschot Bankiers.

You pay with iDEAL in the following steps:

Choose iDEAL as your payment method,
Choose your bank,
You will be redirected to your bank's payment environment,
Here you pay using your bank's online banking system,
You receive a payment confirmation from your bank,
You will return to the webshop, your order has been completed and you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail from Sapph as soon as possible. 


Credit Card

Paying by Credit Card is a widely used, secure online payment method. If you pay by credit card, the order will be authorised immediately, but the invoice amount will not be debited from your account until two days later. So in effect, you pay after delivery. Security is guaranteed by 3-D secure. This means that you have to enter an additional code during payment, which prevents payment with stolen cards. Please note, 3-D secure is not the same as the Card Security Code on the back of the credit card. With Mastercard, 3-D secure is called the 'Secure Code' and with Visa it is called 'Verified by Visa'.

You pay with Credit Card in the following steps:

Choose Credit Card as your payment method,
Choose your type of credit card,
Fill in the requested details,
Complete the relevant 3-D secure procedure,
You receive a payment confirmation from your Credit Card authority and two days later the invoice amount is debited from your account,
You return to the web shop, your order is completed and you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail from Sapph as soon as possible.
5. Check your order

This is the last step before finalising your order. Check whether everything is correct. This is the last possibility to make changes such as quantity, colour, size or removal of an article.

Confirmation by e-mail

 As soon as we have received your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation from us by e-mail. Here you will find an overview of your order. Did you not receive an order confirmation e-mail? Please contact our customer service. 

Track and trace

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a track and trace number from us by e-mail. Handy, because now you know exactly where your order is!

Order in your account

Would you like a quick overview of your order? Then go to 'my account' and log in with your e-mail address and password. Click on "my orders" and you will see an overview of your order history.

Cancel your order

Have you already paid your order? Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to change or cancel your order.

Simply wait until your order is delivered and initiate the return procedure. Go to the exchange and returns page for more information.

Other conditions

We love it when you come shopping with us! The number of different products per order is unlimited. The same applies to the number of orders you place (per day, per week, per year...the sky is the limit). As long as stocks last, Sapph will send you all the sets you want anywhere in the Netherlands. Also to PO boxes. Please note that you can order a maximum of 10 pieces of the same article per online order.
