Ordering & Payment

The steps

We strive to make the order process as easy as possible for you! It consists of the following steps that we will describe in more detail later in this paragraph:

  1. Add your favourite items to your shopping bag.
  2. Check the items in your shopping bag and place the order.
  3. Fill in your details or use a Sapph account.
  4. Choose your payment method and make the transaction.
  5. Done! Check your order.

Please notice that we only ship to France, Germany and United Kingdom.

 

1. Add your favourite items to your shopping bag

Use the ‘in shopping bag’ button to add products to your order. After that, select the right size and colour. Do you want more of the same product? Adjust the quantity. Do you want to add more after your first choice? Use the ‘back’ button and return to the product range. Your shopping bag will stay full. Are you done shopping? Time to click the shopping bag on the upper right part of the screen, and to go to the online cash register.

 

2. Check the items in your shopping bag and place the order

This is the page where you can see what products you have put into your shopping bag. You can make changes here, such as changing the quantity, colour and size. Do you have a discount code? Fill it in here. Is your order correct? Click the ‘place order’ button and you will arrive at the order page for the next step.

 

3. Fill in your details or use a Sapph account

You can choose to fill in your details here, but you can also log in if you already have a Sapph account or create a Sapph account right away. Both filling in your details and the advantages of a Sapph account are talked about in-depth below:

 

Filling in details

With Sapph, it is up to you where we deliver and who receives the bill. We offer the following options:

 

  1. Delivery at the billing address:

If you click this option, the bill and your order are delivered to the same address. You will see the billing and delivery address appear at the bottom of your order so you can check it.

 

  1. Delivery to another address than the billing address:

If you click this option, you have the possibility to send your order to an address different from the billing address. It is ideal for sending gifts! Fill in the details of the lucky receiver at the blank ‘delivery address’ field.

 

LOGGING INTO YOUR SAPPH ACCOUNT OR CREATING A SAPPH ACCOUNT

 

Do you already have a Sapph account? Log in with your e-mail address and password. If you fill in your sizes, these will be saved automatically and will appear when viewing articles in the web shop. Handy!

 

If you have lost your password or if you forgot it, click the ‘forgot password’ link. You will automatically receive an e-mail with a new password.

 No Sapph account yet? Click the ‘create account’ button at the top of the screen. You can fill in your personal details, address and login details and continue with the next step. An account will be created and activated automatically.

 

ADVANTAGES OF A SAPPH ACCOUNT

 

A Sapph account makes shopping with us even easier and more fun! An overview of the advantages:

  • Your sizes and address information will be remembered automatically so you can place an order even faster and easier.
  • You will be able to view information about your order at any time.
  • You will be able to view your order history; what was that one item you ordered once that you liked so much?
  • You will receive our newsletter with the latest Sapph news.

4. Choose your payment method and make the transaction

At Sapph, your online payment is secure and easy. What is more, you receive a clear bill with detailed information about the order and the total price with every purchase you make.

 

You can pay using a credit card:

 Credit card

Payment with a Credit Card is a popular, secure online payment method. If you pay with your credit card, the order will be authorized immediately but the total amount will not be transferred from your bank account until two days later. In fact, you pay after the delivery. Safety is guaranteed by 3-D secure. This means that during the payment process, you will have to fill in an extra code that makes sure paying with a stolen card is not possible. Beware, 3-D secure is not the same thing as the Card Security Code on the back of the card. Also, Mastercard calls 3-D secure the ‘Secure Code’, and Visa calls it ‘Verified by Visa’.

 

You can pay with your credit card by following these steps:

  1. Choose ‘Credit Card’ as your payment method,
  2. Choose your credit card type,
  3. Fill in the details,
  4. Finish the relevant 3-D secure procedure,
  5. You will receive a payment confirmation from your credit card company and the total amount will be transferred from your bank account two days later,
  6. You will be redirected to the web shop again, your order has been completed and you will receive an order confirmation e-mail from Sapph as soon as possible.

 

5. Check your order

This the last step before your order becomes definitive. Check whether or not everything is correct. This is your last opportunity to make changes like the quantity, colour, size or removing the article.

 

E-mail confirmation

 As soon as we have received your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation from us. You will find an overview of your order. Did you not receive the e-mail with the order confirmation? Contact our customer service.

 

Track and trace

After your order has been sent you will receive a track & trace code from us in an e-mail. Now you know exactly where your order is!

 

Order in your account

Do you quickly want to view an overview of your order? Go to ‘my account’ and log in with your e-mail address and password. Click on ‘my orders’ and you will see an overview of your order history.

 

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

Are you having second thoughts about your order? No problem! You can change or even cancel your order until you have received the order confirmation in your mailbox. 

Have you received the order confirmation from us? Then it is not possible to cancel your order anymore.

 

Alternative? Sit tight until the order has been delivered and then start the return procedure. To do this, visit the page trade and return for more information.

 

 

Other conditions for orders

We love it when you come shopping with us extensively! That is why there is no limit on the amount of products in every order. The same goes for the amount of orders you place. As long as they are in stock, Sapph will send you all the sets you want to any place in the Netherlands. Even to mailboxes. Do keep in mind that you can only order 10 of the same article at the same time online.
